Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days but delays can happen, especially for large orders during the busier holiday season (Sep-Feb). In cases where delays are expected, we will try our best to indicate it properly in the checkout process.

You will receive a separate email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Basic Shipping

Most orders will be shipped as Registered Small Packet via Chunghwa Post (the national post service for Taiwan). Orders exceeding certain quantities will be shipped as Airmail Parcel, which will be indicated in the shipping calculator.

Registered mail and parcels can take up to 14 business days to arrive at its destination, notwithstanding any delays caused by weather or human factors, including custom clearance. Actual delivery time varies country by country. Because of the way postal service works, it is normal that some packages are delivered earlier than the others, even if they are shipped earlier and to the same addresses.

The tracking capabilities of Registered Mail and Parcel Post also vary by country. In your shipping notification, we will provide information on accessing the package's outgoing tracking details (time of mailing, details of the outgoing flight, etc.) as well as details regarding how your country will be handling the package.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping via Chunghwa Post EMS (Express Mail International) is available at an additional charge. Most packages will arrive within 7 days of posting with more detailed tracking capabilities in most countries. The service is selectable at checkout.

Shipments to Hong Kong and Macau

Orders for Hong Kong and Macau can be shipped via SF Express courier service at special discounted rate. Estimated arrival time is 2-3 days. However, an additional surcharge of $4 may be charged for remote addresses.

Local Orders

Local packages will be shipped by post and should take no more than 3 days to arrive.

Returns Policy

All items are handmade by us in our premise. Despite our best efforts, the product you receive can look slightly different from the pictures. This is especially true for our animal coin purses: every one of them can have a different personality! However we do try my best to make every one as cute and pretty as possible by putting a heart-full love in them!

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please do let us know! We will refund you the full cost of the item when we receive it in the mail, or when you provide a return tracking code, given that you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving your item. This does not apply to custom orders, or items purchased with customization add-ons.
